Justin Bieber: 2010 VIVA Comet Awards


    Justin Bieber was spotted at the 2010 VIVA Comet in Oberhausen, Germany.

    Clad in a black shirt and bow-tie, the “One Time” singer played it cool as he stopped and posed for pictures before heading inside for the fun-filled event.
